These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Plannedo — the app and website at plannedo.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or uploading content that is illegal or harmful.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create in the Service (tasks, notes, journal entries, goals, and similar). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups where important.
Subscriptions and payments
- Plannedo Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Billing through Apple. For purchases made in the iOS or macOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple EULA. App Store downloads are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
- Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy and are handled by Apple. Purchases made on the website are handled by our web payment provider.
- Free tier limits. Some features and quantity limits apply to the free tier and are enforced as described in the app.
Cancellation and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
