Account & Pro
Free and Pro
What the free plan includes, what Pro adds and costs, and what happens to your things if Pro ends.
The Free plan isn’t a trial. It doesn’t run out and doesn’t ask for a card: the whole planner, a real goal board and a journal every day. Pro lifts the limits when you outgrow them.

Only active things count toward the limits. Archived goals and habits don’t; a completed goal does until you archive it.
When you reach a limit, Plannedo tells you — for example Goal limit reached — and offers Upgrade to Pro or Not now. Nothing you already have is affected.
Prices
Section titled “Prices”On plannedo.com:
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly | $7.99 a month |
| Annual | $79 a year — about $6.58 a month |
| Lifetime | $149 once, no renewal |
In the iPhone and Mac apps, Pro is bought through the App Store, and Apple’s purchase sheet shows the final price for your country.
Pro belongs to your Plannedo account, not to a device: buy it once and it works on the web, on your iPhone and on your Mac. How to pay, restore or cancel: Buy, restore or cancel Pro.
If Pro ends
Section titled “If Pro ends”Nothing is deleted.
- You can still open and edit everything — every goal, list, habit and task you made.
- You can’t add goals, lists or habits beyond the Free limits, or restore archived ones beyond them. The Billing page shows Over limit until you’re back under.
- Task and daily reminders stop.
- A Pro theme switches back to System.
If you’re over a limit and want to keep going on Free, archive what you’re not using: archived goals and habits keep their boards and history and can be restored later.
