Web, iPhone, iPad and Mac

Where Plannedo runs, how your devices stay in sync, which features are only in the apps, and what works offline.

Plannedo is one account and one set of data, wherever you open it.

Web Any modern browser at plannedo.com — Windows, Linux, Android and Chromebooks included
iPhone The Plannedo app, iOS 17.6 or later
Mac The same App Store listing, macOS 13.5 or later
iPad plannedo.com in Safari — there’s no separate iPad app yet

There’s nothing to install for the web version.

Everything lives in your account, not on the device. Sign in with the same account and you see the same tasks, goals, habits and journal everywhere.

Changes show up on your other devices when you open the app or come back to it, switch to another screen, or reload the page. There’s no need to sync by hand.

  • Widgets for the Home Screen and the Mac desktop.
  • Reminders as notifications, and the number on the app icon.
  • Sync with Apple Reminders, including tasks you dictate to Siri.
  • Menu commands and keyboard shortcuts on the Mac.
  • Buying Pro through the App Store.

Paying with cryptocurrency and promo codes are web-only. See Buy, restore or cancel Pro.

The first time you open the app after signing in, it asks to send notifications. Allow it if you want reminders and the badge on the app icon.

Screens you’ve opened recently also open without a connection, so you can look at today’s plan on a plane. Changes need a connection, though: offline, Plannedo shows You’re offline. Your change wasn’t saved. Make the change again once you’re back online.
